How can I place an order?

We do not currently have a physical store. You can follow our journey via Instagram for announcements on our occasional pop-ups.Easy! Explore our options and when you find something you LOVE, personalise it and add it to your cart. When you're done shopping, go to your cart and proceed to check out. If you have filled in the correct shipping information and the payment has been processed - you can expect a package very soon!

It is important to note that at LANÉJ, an order will not be processed or delayed if:

An item you have ordered is out of stock.

We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us directly with any questions here.

How can I cancel an order?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel. As long as your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, you can cancel it immediately by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp here.

I have received the incorrect/damaged product, what do I do?

All of our orders and products go through a quality check before they leave our warehouse. We want to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered and that it arrives in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that you receive the incorrect order or a damaged product, please contact our team immediately here and we will help you with a refund or an exchange.

Are there any discount codes?

Occasionally! If an item is not on sale already, you can stay tuned via our Instagram page for announcements on upcoming sales/discount codes. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to find our more.

Can I get on the waitlist for a sold out Product?

If the sold-out product you’re interested in will be restocked, you can simply click the “Notify Me” button on the product page and enter your email address. If the “Notify Me” option isn’t available, then the product will not be restocked.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on the delivery option you chose at checkout. please see below:


Worldwide Delivery
$27 for international countries delivered within 4-7 business days.


Deliveries within the GCC
$16 for delivery to Bahrain, KSA, Kuwait & Oman in 3-4 days.

Standard Delivery (UAE)
$6 for delivery within 1-2 days.

Express Delivery (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman)
$10 for Same day delivery for orders placed before 11AM, applicable to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman in the UAE.

Will there be any customs fees or taxes?

For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs. Import duties are not included, and you will be responsible for them upon arrival. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country. UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the United Kingdom

Where can I track my parcel?

You can track your shipment by following the instructions sent to your email after your package has been dispatched. Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties at the port of entry depending on the country.

My address is incorrect, can you please change this?

You can change the address within one hour of making your order by contacting us directly. If the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse already, we will be able to make the change for you.

How many letters can I have monogrammed?

You can add up to 5 letters/characters to be personalised. Click here to view our personalisation page.

How do I personalise an item online?

Simple! Choose the product you wish to purchase, Select your Language English or Arabic > Enter the Initials, Emoji or quote of your choice > Select your favourite foil color and add to cart.

Can my monogram be in a different language?

We currently offer initials in English or Arabic. You can view all the options here.

Where are the initials monogrammed?

Phone cases can be personalised on the top right, middle, or bottom part of the phone case.

Signature cardholders will be personalised on the front (above the logo) unless specified otherwise and the signature Keychains will be personalised horizontally across the leather.

What are the color options for personalisation?

While our stylists recommend Luxe Gold foil; we offer a total of 6 foil colors for you to choose from and the option of blind embossing for a more subtle look. Blind embossing involved embossing the leather without any color/foil. Click here to view our personalisation page.

How can I send a gift card to someone?

Sending someone a Gift Card is extremely easy. Go to the Gift Card Page here.

Type in your friend’s name and email and select the value of the gift card from the dropdown menu.

Add a personal message (optional) and confirm your order.
The gift certificate and the personal message (if you have created one) will then be emailed to the lucky recipient.

Your payment method will be debited for the value amount of the gift card you purchased. There are no shipping or duties incurred on gift cards.
Please note that Gift Cards cannot be purchased using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.

I received a gift card - How can I redeem it?

You lucky thing! To start shopping, simply head to the product you wish to order and proceed to checkout where you can add your gift card number, and it can be fully or partially redeemed.

If you have any queries regarding this, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How can I order a gift online but have it shipped to someone else?

Simply follow the same steps you would normally take to place an order. During checkout, enter the recipient's full address including as much information as possible so the courier won’t have to bother them for directions!

You will also be given the option of adding a gift message to personalize your gift and say something special to the person you have in mind. If you use your email address, You’ll receive an order confirmation as per any other order, and will be able to track the shipment once it has left our warehouse.

Which leathers do you use?

At LANÉJ, we handpick the finest Exotic and soft grain leathers for each and every collection. We cater to every occasion and guarantee you'll be able to find something to suit your lifestyle and taste.

Our exotic leather range includes Crocodile, Ostrich, Stingray, Python, and Lizard options.

For those who prefer a more subtle leather for daily use, we offer Saffiano, Pebbled, Smooth grain and Nappa leather pieces. These leathers vary in textures and finishing.

Caring for your leather

If you love your LANÉJ, it’ll love you back. Here are a few tips on caring for your piece:

1. It is important to know that all-natural leathers are susceptible to atmospheric changes such as temperature, humidity or rain. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or other high-intensity sources of light can lead to irreversible discoloring and fading of the leather.

2. When not showing off your LANÉJ, always store it inside its dust bag in a cool dry place to preserve its original condition.

3. BEST TIP: Treat your exotic leather accessory with as much care as you would with your favorite handbag or other leather items! As phone covers are constantly being handheld, the leather is exposed to wet hands which have touched perfume, creams, food or other oily products which may damage the leather. As a result, natural blemishes can occur over time and prolonged use.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order once you have added your item to your cart and proceed to check out. Each piece is sold on a first come, first serve basis. Items in the cart are only reserved for a limited time when you begin the checkout process allowing you to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options include direct online payment by Visa and Master credit/debit card and For customers who prefer paying by cash, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method for delieveries within the United Arab Emirates and other GCC countries. If you have requested personalisation (embossing or embroidery) on your product, you are not eligible to pay via Cash on Delivery, all personalised orders will only be processed once the payment has been processed online.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes, we accepted cash on delivery for items which are not personalised only.

COD is available within the UAE and other GCC countries. We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery but we have to pay our courier an extra fee for all cash on delivery (COD) orders. Hence an extra COD charge is added only when you choose cash as your method of payment. There are no extra fees if you use a credit/debit card.
